Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

  • Unboxing video (uncut)

Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
