All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message so you can track the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. WHOLEBLU is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
